Sasha joined Vantage in 2021 through the internship program. Originally from Uzbekistan, Sasha’s family immigrated to Queens, New York in 1997, and in 2007, to Phoenix, AZ. Since that time, he has graduated from the honors programs at both Paradise Valley Community College and Arizona State University (2019), with a BA in Psychology and a minor in communication. Sasha has also been a licensed barber since 2013, working at his dad’s barbershop in Scottsdale with his two brothers.
In 2021, Sasha graduated from Claremont Graduate University with an MA in Positive Organizational Psychology & Evaluation, where he became passionate about organizational culture, leadership, and teams.
In his free time, Sasha reads both non-fiction and fiction books, watches basketball, and hopelessly roots for his fantasy football team. He also loves watching anything Jerry Seinfeld or Larry David, and spending time with close family and friends.
