May 4, 2020 – Chicago, IL – Vantage Leadership Consulting, the global expert in helping organizations select, integrate, and develop world-class leaders, is proud to announce Mary Becker has joined the firm as Client Partner, Business Development where she will work closely with Michael Baker, Head of Talent Development. Mary’s first day was on May 1, 2020.

At Vantage Leadership Consulting, Becker will leverage her more than 25 years of global consulting experience. During that time, she earned a worldwide reputation as a subject matter expert in talent mobility and change management.

Mary joins Vantage Leadership Consulting from Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH), where she was most recently the vice president of business development. During her time at LHH, Mary’s focus was on building partnerships and strategic alliances, while providing expertise and solutions to meet customers’ needs in Career Transition, Employee Engagement, Change Management, and Leadership Development.
Mary represents the second high-profile addition to the Vantage Leadership team in less than a year, following David Binkley, former chief human resources officer from Whirlpool, joining the firm as a senior advisor. Vantage Leadership Consulting continues to deepen its bench of subject matter experts as the need for leadership expertise grows in the marketplace.
