To our Valued Partners, Customers, and Friends:

We hope this finds you, your family, and colleagues safe and well during this tumultuous time. Like many of you, we are adjusting day-by-day to prioritize the needs, health and well-being of our colleagues, clients and the broader community we serve. With that in mind, our team is scheduled to work from home through March and into April, a time frame that may change as new information becomes available. A flexible work policy is consistent with our values and practices, so temporarily transitioning to a full-time WFH policy should be a smooth process and not in any way disrupt our work with you. Further, our balance sheet is strong, we have a deep consultant and client service team, and are able to stay nimble through the use of technology to provide our services and be there for you as trusted advisors.

Vantage has built its reputation, in part, on helping executives lead through turbulent times as well as adapting our approach to fit the situation. We are committed to partnering with you to navigate the changing business landscape, just as we have done for over 40 years. We understand that now, more than ever, your priorities may change from day-to-day, and we are prepared to pivot with you.
