Brittnie joined Vantage in 2026, and her work spans assessment, coaching and development, and senior team effectiveness. She partners with senior stakeholders across industries and geographies to identify and develop critical talent, often as part of longer-term succession planning. Her deep expertise across a range of psychometric tools, combined with her facilitation experience, allows her to guide leaders and leadership teams through transitions — helping them identify and align on the behaviors that will enhance individual and collective effectiveness.
Prior to Vantage, Brittnie held roles at The Miles Group and Russell Reynolds Associates, focusing on succession planning, executive assessment and development, and team effectiveness, primarily at the C-suite level. She has supported several high-profile CEO succession processes and partnered with executives navigating pivotal transitions — from stepping onto an executive leadership team for the first time to leading through the disruption of a CEO change.
Brittnie earned her Ph.D. in Applied Psychology from Portland State University, with concentrations in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Occupational Health Psychology, and Quantitative Statistics. While at PSU, she taught undergraduate courses in the business school and co-authored several academic articles and a book chapter in organizational psychology. She holds coaching certifications from the Center for Executive Coaching and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is accredited through the International Coaching Federation.
A West Coast native, Brittnie now calls Chattanooga, Tennessee home. Outside of work, you’ll find her in her garden or out on the trails — running, foraging, and removing invasive plants.
