Vantage Leadership Consulting, LLC (“Vantage”) knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and appreciates your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. Vantage is committed to the security, availability, confidentiality, and processing integrity of all information collected.

Vantage Leadership Consulting specializes in individual and team assessment and all levels of leadership development. Vantage operates two websites and this privacy policy is applicable to both sites. As a result, by visiting either of our sites you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This policy statement applies to all information collected, stored and transmitted by Vantage Leadership Consulting on:  – our corporate site which provides information about our company and our products and services. – a restricted access site that allows us to manage High Performance Team surveys for our customers and their employees.

If you or your employees are being asked to complete the High Performance Team Solution questionnaire, data collected via these questionnaires is used to create customized feedback reports for the purpose of team and organizational development.

Vantage consultants have been trained to facilitate feedback to teams and organizations based on the results of the High Performance Team questionnaires. Only Vantage employees have access to the data you or your employees provide us in these questionnaires, and will be involved in collecting, interpreting and/or reporting on that data.

Your questionnaire data and that of your employees who provide information for the High Performance Solution questionnaires will not be sold or disclosed to any third parties, except in response to a subpoena, court order, or legal process to the extent required by law.

If you are visiting our public website (, know that Vantage is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Vantage collects information from our users at several different points on our public website.

Contact Form: Our site’s Contact Forms require users to provide us with contact information (such as name, title, company, email address and telephone number). When inquiries or comments are emailed to us, we store the question and/or comment and the contact information so that we can reply. This contact information is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with outside parties. Once we have replied, we delete this contact information. We do not publicly identify who sends questions or comments to our website. We do not obtain information that will allow us to personally identify you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us.

Cookies, Log Files and Google Analytics: Cookies are small text files that a website transfers to your computer’s browser. We may use cookies to measure traffic patterns, personalize content, control security, and improve our website.  The cookies we use supply non-personally identifiable information, but may identify your computer, browser and internet specifications.   We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movements and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by our websites.

Security: Both websites takes precautions to protect our users’ information. When users submit contact information via the websites, this information is protected both online and off-line. Only Vantage employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. All Vantage employees strictly adhere to our security and privacy practices.

Notification of Changes: If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our home page so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

As always, your privacy is of upmost importance to us. To this end, we are working towards becoming GDPR-certified.
