Lakshmi joined Vantage in 2024 as a Client Services Coordinator. Previously, she worked as a Program Manager, leading global coaching program rollouts and facilitating impactful learning initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. As Lakshmi continues to pursue her career goals at Vantage, she remains dedicated to drive a positive impact through collaborative partnerships.
Lakshmi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and has worked internationally in Banking, Fashion and Events. She currently lives in Chicago and enjoys traveling, a great meal and a good book.
