Devangi is currently pursuing her M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. Originally from Pune, India, she moved to Chicago to further develop her academic training in industrial-organizational psychology, with a focus on leadership, employee behavior, and workplace effectiveness.
Her core interests include leadership assessment and development, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness, along with a growing interest in how data-driven and emerging technological approaches can be applied to improve decision-making and strengthen organizational outcomes. At Illinois Tech, she is currently involved in research focused on artificial intelligence and its applications in organizational and psychological contexts.
Outside of work and academics, Devangi enjoys playing sports, especially soccer, as well as running, hiking, and other outdoor activities. She also enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and exploring different cultures.
