Isabelle joined Vantage Leadership Consulting in 2023 as a Client Services Coordinator. Prior to Vantage, Isabelle worked in the leadership development consulting space managing leadership development programs and facilitating executive leadership assessments. Isabelle is passionate about supporting leaders to live empowered, impactful, mindful lives to inspire and improve the communities and organizations that they serve.
Isabelle is a Chicago native and earned her B.A. in psychology from Saint Louis University, where she conducted research in occupational health psychology. Outside of work, Isabelle can be found experimenting in the kitchen, playing the guitar, and spending time with family and friends.
