A Canadian who came to Chicago by way of London, Lees is our Chief of Staff. Lees initially joined the firm in 2011 as the receptionist, and she quickly transitioned to supporting one of the firm’s partners, Mike Tobin, and his accounts full-time. Because Lees has always had an interest in good design and telling effective stories, she served as the Director of Marketing from 2016 to 2020. After a short sabbatical, Lees rejoined Vantage in 2023 as Chief of Staff.
Lees has a certificate in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University and her Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Studies from McGill University in Montreal. She’s originally from a small town on Vancouver Island.
When not working with the team at Vantage, Lees enjoys reading, exploring Chicago, and helping her children navigate the wilds of growing up.
