Mackenzie joined Vantage in January 2024 through the internship program. Originally from Florida, Mackenzie attended the University of South Florida, earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Leadership Studies. She received her master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational (IO) Psychology from DePaul University and is working toward her Ph.D. in IO Psychology. Her dissertation will examine how technostress impacts well-being.
Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys reading, running on the lakefront, and going to bible study with close friends from her church.
