June 10 2026 – Chicago, IL – Vantage Leadership Consulting announced today that Jasmin Martinez, Ph.D., has been named the newest member of the firm’s partnership group.
In her new role, Jasmin will help lead and expand Vantage’s Team Effectiveness practice while continuing to advise senior executives and leadership teams on a range of organizational and succession-related challenges. She will play a central role in shaping client strategy, deepening executive relationships, mentoring consultants, and contributing to the firm’s overall growth.

Jasmin joined Vantage in 2017 and has built deep expertise in individual assessment, coaching, talent development, and team engagement. She draws on her academic research in social and industrial-organizational psychology, with a focus on underrepresented leaders, team dynamics, and power and status in the workplace. She is particularly passionate about helping executives manage their reputation and align their intent with their impact.
As partner, Jasmin will focus on helping organizations enhance leadership effectiveness, accelerate team performance, and guide periods of transition. She specializes in helping leaders and teams translate insight into meaningful behavioral change, combining practical business experience with evidence-based approaches grounded in organizational psychology.

Jasmin earned her doctorate in industrial-organizational psychology from Northern Illinois University, where she lectured across multiple psychology disciplines. She also served as a laboratory manager and conducted research presented at national conferences.
