Vantage Leadership Consulting Welcomes Brittnie Green, Ph.D., as a Principal Consultant

CHICAGO — September 1st, 2026 — Vantage Leadership Consulting announced today that Brittnie Green, Ph.D., has joined the firm as a principal consultant

Green’s work spans assessment, coaching and development, and senior team effectiveness, with a particular focus on identifying and developing critical senior talent as part of long‑term succession planning. She has advised leaders across industries bringing a data‑driven, evidence‑based approach to helping executives and senior teams navigate high‑stakes transitions.

“Vantage stands out for the long‑term, trusted relationships built with clients,” Brittnie said. “I’m excited to join a firm grounded in psychological rigor and genuine care for the people it serves.”

Prior to joining Vantage, Brittnie held roles at The Miles Group and Russell Reynolds Associates, where she focused on succession planning, executive assessment and development, executive coaching, and team effectiveness at the C‑suite level. She has supported several high‑profile CEO succession processes and has worked closely with executives stepping onto leadership teams for the first time, as well as those navigating the disruption that accompany CEO and C-suite transitions. She also led the development of a team effectiveness offering that grew into a core service for senior leadership teams.

“Brittnie brings an exceptional combination of scientific rigor, practical experience, and a deep commitment to helping leaders succeed during critical moments,” said Jacqueline Ackerman, Managing Partner. “Her background in CEO succession, executive transitions, and team effectiveness strengthens our ability to support clients facing complex leadership challenges.”

Brittnie earned her Ph.D. in Applied Psychology from Portland State University, with concentrations in Industrial‑Organizational Psychology, Occupational Health Psychology, and Quantitative Statistics. During her doctoral training, she taught undergraduate courses in the business school and co‑authored several academic articles and a book chapter in organizationalpsychology. She also holds coaching certifications from the Center for Executive Coaching and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and is accredited through the International Coaching Federation.
