Kathrina Dubnicek

As Vantage’s Chief Administrative Officer, Kathrina is proud to be a part of the leadership team that develops, executes, and integrates firm-wide strategy initiatives to meet objectives for company growth and stability, maintain high customer service expectations, and ensure internal employee morale and development.

Kathrina originally joined Vantage in 2010 as the Finance and Administration Manager and was responsible for executing the firm’s bookkeeping, office management, and payroll functions. As the firm grew, Kathrina’s role shifted to the Director of Finance and HR, with oversight for all human resources, benefits, and financial operations within the firm, including managing a growing team of administrative professionals, project managers, and marketing functions.

Prior to Vantage, Kathrina worked in project, program, and office management in a variety of industries, including Film, TV & Video, Intellectual Property Law, and On and Off-Broadway Theater.

Kathrina earned her B.A. in Communications from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN, and after having lived in both New York and Los Angeles, is happy to call the Midwest home. She currently lives in the suburbs of Chicago with her family and can occasionally be found singing in a band while raising money for cancer research, traveling with her family, going to the theatre, or listening to music and meditating.
