David joined Vantage Leadership in September 2019 after 30-plus years of Fortune 150 Global Public Company experience, including the past 15 years as Chief Human Resources Officer at the Whirlpool Corporation.
David has partnered with Boards, CEOs, CHROs, and Senior Leaders to accelerate leadership talent to drive business results. Throughout his career, he has served in various HR leadership positions in Europe and Asia, as well as North America. David has significant experience in advising and assisting Boards and CEOs in managing CEO and C-Suite succession.
David has a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan University, attended Michigan State’s graduate school of Human Resources and Labor Relations, and the General Manager program at INSEAD. In addition to his passion for Strategic Talent Management, David enjoys travel and recently completed his professional certification as a Sushi Chef.
