Garner joined Vantage Leadership Consulting in 2025 as a Business Analyst. Prior to Vantage, Garner had experience working in sports, telecommunications, and finance industries. Garner is passionate about creating meaningful solutions that make people’s lives easier, combining technical expertise with creative problem solving to drive business impact whether building from scratch or optimizing existing operations.
Garner graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A in Statistics with minors in Data Science and Business. In his free time he loves playing a variety of sports, working out, and building side projects.
