Jennifer joined Vantage as a Partner in 2026, bringing extensive experience advising organizations on the leadership and talent decisions that shape performance and organizational health. Her expertise spans executive assessment and selection, leadership development, coaching, team effectiveness, and strategic talent management. She brings together evidence-based methodology, leadership research, and business context to help organizations clarify leadership needs, evaluate talent, and focus development where it matters most. Jennifer’s experience includes work across healthcare, energy, engineering, science, technology, manufacturing, education, and nonprofit environments.
She earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and her M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Jennifer is an active member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Society for Human Resource Management, and is a frequent conference speaker, panelist, and guest lecturer. She also founded I-O Shaken & Stirred, a conference event celebrating those who push the boundaries of I-O psychology. Jennifer gives back through board service and pro bono consulting such as mentoring early-stage founders through tech incubator 1871 and providing executive coaching to energy and utility leaders in low- and middle-income countries through USAID.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys travel, books, live music, and the ongoing adventure of renovating her 1890s two-flat in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood.
