Lynette joined Vantage in January 2023 as the Executive Assistant to Senior Partner Beau River, Ph.D. She grew up in Vernon Hills, Illinois, and previously worked in case management for adults with disabilities and special education. Lynette loves working with and helping people become the best version of themselves and is grateful to work for a company that does the same.
Lynette is a proud first-generation college graduate from DePaul University, where she earned a B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Human Services. She minored in American Sign Language (ASL) and is fluent in both ASL and Spanish. In her free time, Lynette enjoys traveling, spoiling her rescue dog, Jimi, and spending time with her family and friends.
